Under 24 hours or on the scheduled service date	$100 USD flat fee	This covers the crew and truck time reserved for the job.
No-show or blocked access after the crew is dispatched	$100 USD flat fee	Applies when the crew arrives but cannot begin the scheduled work.
Date change requested 48 or more hours ahead	$0 USD — free	The replacement date remains subject to crew and truck availability.
Date change requested within 48 hours	$100 USD flat fee	The same-day cancellation fee applies.

Added inventory or scope: Added inventory or scope has no penalty fee. It is re-quoted in a written change order, and the customer must approve the adjusted price before the added work continues.
